This project marked our second collabotration with chef Gray Kunz after the succesful development of Café Gray New York. Grayz was a short lived venture and we were involved in the project from the very beginning including the naming, branding, menu development and in and outdoor signage. The “w” for the women restroom deserved a showing. Lettering developed with Marian Bantjes.
